ABOUT ME

I’m Rachel Whittaker, and RKO Consulting is a reflection of both my personal journey and my love for helping others. A few years ago, I lost my passion and enthusiasm for my career. I had been through 3 consecutive layoffs due to the pandemic and cutbacks. When the dust settled, I realized the most positive use of my experiences and insights would be to help others going through the same.

I live in the beautiful village of Fife Lake in northern Michigan with my incredible husband Ken and our wildly sweet son Oliver who are the K & O to my R. When I'm not coaching, writing or chasing Oliver, I love to garden, read, shoot archery and cuddle with our cats, Harper & Boo.
